When is the event?
The conference begins with a welcome reception at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 21, and concludes at 2:30 PM on Friday, January 23. We hope you'll plan to stay for the entire event.

What is the dress code?

Sessions: Smart casual attire

JETSET on the MAT: Athletic wear. Mats will be provided. Grip socks are recommended but not required.

Will there be dietary accommodations?
Yes. The RSVP link will include an option to specify any dietary accommodations. We appreciate receiving this information in advance so we can plan accordingly.

REGISTRATION

How do I register for the event?
When does registration open and close?
Registration opens on October 24, 2025, and closes on December 15, 2025. Please use the RSVP tab to register.
What is included with registration?
  • All general sessions and breakout programming
  • Welcome reception and transportation to/from JETSET HQ
  • Breakfast, lunch, and the awards celebration dinner on Thursday, January 22
  • Breakfast and lunch only on Friday, January 23
What is the cost to attend?

Franchises: The early-bird registration fee is $1,100 per person through November 6, 2025. Starting November 7, 2025, the price will increase to $1,250 per person. The early bird rate is our way of saying thank you for committing early. Your advance registration helps us plan thoughtfully and bring the experience to life.

Sponsors: The fee to attend is included in your sponsorship, and the number of tickets depends on the sponsorship level selected. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1,250 per person.

How do I pay the registration fee?

Franchises: A QuickBooks invoice will be sent to the primary point of contact by December 1, 2025. Payment is due by January 2, 2026.

Sponsors: Invoices will be issued as sponsors confirm their participation. We kindly ask that payment be made as soon as possible.

Are refunds available if I can't attend?
All sponsorship payments and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Can I transfer a registration to another team member?
Yes, transfers are acceptable until January 15, 2026.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Is there a room block at the InterContinental?
Yes. We've secured a limited number of rooms at the group rate. January is a busy time in Miami, so we recommend booking early to ensure the best experience. Staying at the host hotel will provide the most convenient and seamless conference experience.

Rate: $339+ per night (plus tax and fees)
Dates: January 21--22, 2026
Pre- and post-night rates: Available one night before and up to three nights after (based on availability)

Are suite upgrades available at the hotel?
Yes, suite upgrades are available, but are subject to availability. You can upgrade your room when booking through the hotel link above.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Can I cancel my hotel room?
Yes, please cancel directly with the hotel first. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.

If you are unable to receive a refund, please contact our team. We may be able to connect you with someone who has not yet secured a room and is interested.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
We recommend arriving by 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 21, if you're flying into Miami International Airport (MIA), to attend the welcome reception. The conference concludes at 2:30 PM on Friday, January 23, and we suggest scheduling departures after 5:00 PM to allow ample travel time.
Which airport should I use?

Miami International Airport (MIA): Approximately 15--30 minutes from the hotel, depending on traffic.

Fort Lauderdale--Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Approximately 40--60 minutes from the hotel, depending on traffic.

Is transportation provided?
Taxi, Uber, Lyft, limo, and car rental services are available on the arrival level of the airport, outside of baggage claim.

An off-site event is scheduled at the JETSET Home Office; shuttles will be provided from the InterContinental hotel.
Is parking available at The InterContinental hotel?
Yes. Parking is available for an additional fee. Additional parking garages and street parking options are located nearby.
